2. Do you believe the Executive Board is right to keep Financial Records from the membership? Why or why not?


3. What do you think of the proposed by-law change that limits the Executive Board's Spending to $500 instead of $10,000?


4. Do you think Quarterly meetings should include the entire membership or remain limited to Divisions only? Why?


5. Do you think Membership meetings should be more frequent than quarterly? Why or why not?


6. How do you feel about including Dues Increases in the Contract instead of following the By-laws?
