ARTICLE VIII
EXECUTIVE BOARD
Section 5. The Executive Board shall have the right to authorize, by resolution, the expenditure of Local 2038 GLDC ACD treasury funds up to an amount of $10,000.00 of a single expenditure and shall seek membership approval for an amount in excess of the $10,000.00 of a single expenditure.

EXECUTIVE BOARD
Section 5: The Executive Board shall not purchase or sign any contract to purchase any equipment or services costing over $500 (five-hundred dollars) per annum without obtaining prior approval from the membership at a regular or special Membership meeting. The membership action on same must be recorded in the minutes of the Local Union. Authorized expenditures under $500 must be reported to the membership in the written Financial Report at the next regular Membership meeting.
